  • 10 years with HomeVestors of America Inc in Dallas, TX.
  • Developed the program known as the 2nd eye program for HomeVestors.
  • 2nd eye is an in house appraisal analysis system that identifies the current value of a property and its potential value after repairs have been made.
  • As HomeVestors grew too over 250 franchises across the United States I traveled to many markets to train Franchisees & Appraisers on how to evaluate properties my way.
  • Visiting these markets gave me first hand knowledge of variations in construction methods in each market.
  • During my tinier I was involved in over 9000-property analysis “2nd eye Analysis” for the HomeVestors Finance Dept.
  • My department "the 2nd Eye Department" at HomeVestors consisted of over 50 personnel from staff to independently trained Appraisal / Sub Contractors.
  • Personally performed over 4000-property evaluations in the field.
  • Did desk review of all 2nd eye analysis from appraisers and there cost to repair.
  • Architect of the HomeVestors Acquisition Soft Ware.
  • Created guidelines for repair draw release program.
  • Created the system and supervised implementation of all repair draw releases.
  • Final decision Judge for Remodeled of the Year and Rehabber of the Year for HomeVestors franchisee competitions.
  • Wrote monthly articles for company newsletter. “Vestor-Voice” from 1996 to 2005.
  • Created acquisition training program and taught new franchisees across the country.
  • Director of quality control. 1995 to 2000
  • Sat on Loan committee for the approval of loans and amounts to all franchisees.
  • Over 240 hours of continuing education for real estate and Appraisal licenses.
